RETURNS POLICY

We really hope you are happy with all your Nook Home online purchases, however if you may need to return your product here is a simple guide to make the process a little easier:

 

FAULTY ITEM - To resolve please contact Nook Home at hello@nookhome.ie and we will forward a returns form to you for completion. Please be aware that paint cannot be returned.

 

UNWANTED GOODS - In the event that your purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return it please notify us in advance via email to hello@nookhome.ie . All unwanted goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were posted from Nook Home originally, complete with original packaging, labels, components and accessories within 14 days from the date on which you received them. You shall be refunded for that product less the cost of the original delivery charge, after inspection of the returned item. You shall be responsible for paying for the return of the goods. Please be aware that the return value may take up to a week depending on the original payment provider used (Stripe/Paypal etc)


Please note that paint products, bedding, duvet covers, bed sheets, duvets, pillows, pillowcases, sale items, customised, bespoke or special order items cannot be returned.


STOCK CLEARANCE / SALE SECTION purchases cannot be returned (unless faulty ie lamp not working ) if they are marked, shop soiled or have slight blemishes this will be noted on the item and does not qualify as a reason for returning/exchanging.

In your own interest it is advisable to return goods by registered post. The goods shall remain your responsibility until they have been received by Nook Home.
